Delivery & Shipping:

To provide faster shipping services, we use NZ POST, ARAMEX, or SF (ShunFeng) couriers depending on your location. Due to logistics arrangements, we are unable to offer a choice of courier service. We appreciate your understanding.

Currently, we only offer delivery within New Zealand and do not support international shipping.

Once your order is successfully placed, we will begin processing and packing on the next working day, with the goal of dispatching it on the same day. If dispatching on the same day is not possible, your order will be shipped the following day. After your order is dispatched, we will notify you via email with a tracking number to monitor your shipment's progress.

Shipping Time:

• Auckland Area:1-3 business days
• Other Areas:3-7 business days

Note: We cannot guarantee exact delivery times, as actual delivery times are subject to the courier service. Please be aware that delivery may be delayed, especially around public holidays.

Self-Pickup:

Currently, we only offer self-pickup at our Albany branch, and there are no additional shipping fees. You can pick up your order the day after it is successfully placed. When picking up, please provide your order number or the name and phone number used during registration.
